What is a virtual tour? + -

A Virtual Tour is a system that allows you to create a realistic guided tour of your company, home or shop. It is suitable for both outdoor and indoor spaces, the feeling of being physically present is always high quality in every situation.

How long does it take to scan? + -

The scanning time depends on the size of the apartment, on average the service takes 2/3 hours.

Can a Virtual Tour be modified/corrected? + -

No. It is not possible to remove details photographed during scanning. It is possible, however, to eliminate the shots closest to these details (e.g. photos) so that they are less visible or to activate a blurring service in advance on all the faces detected in the images. For this it is recommended to carefully prepare the environments before scanning.

What are Mattertags? + -

Mattertags are information icons and points of interest, identified by a 3D sphere which, once clicked, shows texts, videos or images.

Why do I need to purchase Matterport hosting annually? + -

The Matterport hosting service is a mandatory paid service (with an affordable cost, €90 per year for each virtual tour, necessary to host the 3D models of the tours and to make them visible to customers.
